What's included in my package?
All orders come with soap(s) that was purchased, a Thank-you card & soap care instructions.
Is soap edible?
No, soap is not edible. Do not try to consume soap or anything included with the soap bars. It is a choking hazard. All products are for external use only.
I got soap into my eyes, what do I do?
Try avoiding eye contact, if our products get into your eyes. Flush out immediately. If irratation occurs, discontinue use of product(s), please contact physician immediately.
SHIPPING FAQ's
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our current processing time is 2-3 days. Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, delivery time frame window depends on the type of shipping method.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can only change your shipping address if your order has not yet left our facility. Email us immediately at bareearthsoaps@outlook.com if you notice you entered the wrong address at checkout. If your order has been shipped, get in contact with USPS. They may be able to help you redirect your package. Once your order has left our facility, we are no longer able to assist you with this matter.
Can I cancel my order?
Bare Earth Soaps does NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges. As of all sales being final. But please email me at bareearthsoaps@outlook.com if you have any problems with your order.
What if I received the wrong soap order?
If you received the wrong soap order, Email us at bareearthsoaps@outlook.com with picture proof of the wrong soap order recieved. We then can further assist you in getting the correct order.
